Since the company foundation in 1980, the number of employees has increased continuously and currently stands at almost 500 colleagues who are active at nine worldwide locations in six countries across Europe, North America and Asia. In addition to the headquarter in Munich, KRATZER AUTOMATION maintains another six locations in Germany, as well as subsidiaries in China and the Czech Republic since 2004, in France since 2005, in Great Britain since 2009, in the USA since 2016 and in Italy since 2019.

Onboarding and opportunities

It is important to us that new colleagues feel part of the team right from the start and become familiar with our corporate culture. Onboarding takes place as "training on the job" with the following onboarding activities:
HR Welcome Day
On the first working day of each month, an HR welcome event supports you - usually the first day of work for new employees. Here all needed tools will be provided for your start at KRATZER AUTOMATION and you can make your first contacts.
In order to facilitate your entry into working life at KRATZER AUTOMATION, we provide you with a mentor. This person will accompany you through your first period and, in addition to your manager, will be another contact person you can turn to if you have any questions.
Familiarization plan and feedback sessions
At the beginning, you will receive an individual orientation plan from your manager. In regular feedback meetings, you will discuss the progress of your onboarding and exchange feedback with each other.
We want to offer our employees long-term opportunities. Our dynamic growth opens up a wide range of development opportunities with a focus on mastering more and more areas of expertise. A specially developed promotional program has also been set up for a management career with personnel responsibility.
Within the framework of the annual employee meetings, the personal situation is reviewed and, if necessary, development plans are jointly agreed upon.
